today we went an even 23 miles using 43,163 steps...findings for the day: 1 pair of red-handled wire cutters...wildlife sightings: several deer, several turkeys, a golden eagle, an unidentified hawk and a bunny rabbit...weather was decent, a wee bit chilly to start the day with the last 2-3 hours in the sun...we will move the motor home tomorrow to where we will start walking, walk, then pick up the rig and move it to White River, will walk 10-12 miles Sunday then go back to Rapid City to have the seal corrected, the work will be done Monday am and we should be able to get back to White River Monday afternoon..from White River on it should be a straight shot south, if I move fast enough we may be able to move into warmer weather...cheers!!!
