got a rain and snow delay today and did not start walking until 10:50 AM but still managed 20.7 miles with 38,771 steps...findings for the day: 1 Texas quarter, 1 orange safety flag and 1 goose neck pry bar...saw deer, antelope, a hawk and a bald eagle...started out with a very light snow falling which gradually deminished as the day wore on...most of the time the road was wide with good shoulders and a gentle slope into the ditch, that made it nice to get outta the way of the wash kicked up by the trucks...no great insights other than it appears that cold weather inspires me!!!...WALK FAST OR FREEZE!!!...gorgeous sunset tonight, "they" say the weather is supposed to warm a wee bit over the next couple of days...Broadus seems like a nice town, however like all the rest of Montana the coffee SUCKS!!!, I guess I got real spoiled in London and all of Ireland, I really like their coffee...we did pick up another safety light during the snow delay so the support vehicle is a wee bit more visible, I have to deliver my mother back to my sibs in one piece!!!...cheers and see you down the road!!!
